GLEN STICKLER, PASTOR
Glen has a unique blend of experience and education that gives him the ability to provide a ministry that addresses the extraordinary challenges facing people today striving to succeed and find happiness. He has over 35 years in the ministerial capacity and 26 years as an organizational development professional with a SHRM certification as a SPHR professional. Glen's ministerial experience includes pastoring, home missions, district training, and church administration. The combined business competencies and ministerial experiences have resulted in developing the unique ministry he is now providing under the Life Focus Center outreach.
Both Glen's ministry and professional career has been focused on helping people succeed in life. He has dedicated himself to finding ways to support people of all levels of life that may be in some life junctions or may need his life experience to help them through their issues. He and his wife Debbie believe that a successful ministry is one that is servitude to those they minister to. Making friends and establishing relationships has been a major theme of both of their lives.
With twenty years experience as an Organization Development professional, working with major corporations, Glen provides expertise in developing organizations so they can meet the challenges facing all businesses today, which is to achieve growth and financial prosperity. He has traveled across the country helping organizations develop their focus and business processes to achieve success as stated in their business missions and strategies. Glen is certified as a Senior Human Resource professional (SPHR) by the leading HR certification company the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). With this Human Resource experience, Glen is able to give additional insight to the human capital dimension of the organizations he works with, ensuring business success. This HR experience includes many years in the Human Resource Development field providing years of experience in developing educational resolutions for poor organization performance. The sum of this experience is used to make the Life Focus Center a model organization that demonstrates integrity in doing business, established on sound personal relationships and provide learning opportunities for people seeking to find more meaning in their lives.
In addition, Glen has traveled internationally teaching and supporting organizations, school, and churches assisting them in maturing in both the Word of God and in business proficiency. The Sticklers have focused their life and ministry to the Middletown, Odessa, and Bear area to fulfill their goal of helping those who are Hurting, Hopeless, and Hungry and giving them a spiritual home.
Glen and Debbie have been married for 43 years and are the proud grandparents of Makayla, Brooklyn, Abby, and Luke Stickler. They practice the Biblical concept of being an "example" in all their lives and in their marriage to help others find direction for their lives also. Glen and Debbie have ministered through evangelizing, pastoring, and starting churches for the past 45 years.
