Both Glen's ministry and professional career has been focused on helping people succeed in life. He has dedicated himself to finding ways to support people of all levels of life that may be in some life junctions or may need his life experience to help them through their issues. He and his wife Debbie believe that a successful ministry is one that is servitude to those they minister to. With twenty years experience as an Organization Development professional, working with major corporations, Glen provides expertise in developing organizations so they can meet the challenges facing all businesses today, which is to achieve growth and financial prosperity. He has traveled across the country helping organizations develop their focus and business processes to achieve success as stated in their business missions and strategies. Glen is certified as a Senior Human Resource professional (SPHR) by the leading HR certification company the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). With this Human Resource experience, Glen is able to give additional insight to the human capital dimension of the organizations he works with, ensuring business success. This HR experience includes many years in the Human Resource Development field providing years of experience in developing educational resolutions for poor organization performance. The sum of this experience is used to make the Life Focus Center a model organization that demonstrates integrity in doing business, established on sound personal relationships and provide learning opportunities for people seeking to find more meaning in their lives.
In addition, Glen has traveled internationally teaching and supporting organizations, school, and churches assisting them in maturing in both the Word of God and in business proficiency. The Sticklers have focused their life and ministry to the Middletown, Odessa, and Bear area to fulfill their goal of helping those who are Hurting, Hopeless, and Hungry and giving them a spiritual home. |
